What you will do
As part of our Accounting team, you will have the opportunity to gain a 360° overview by managing an end-to-end process. You will be accountable and have the autonomy to handle your daily workload in a highly dynamic and agile work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Post accounting journal entries in SAP in accordance with company procedures
* Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
* Download financial data and create reports and summaries using Excel
* Prepare intercompany service forms and manage the signature process through DocuSign
* Support the preparation and circulation of SOX compliance documentation and ensure signatures are collected on time
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
* Assist the finance team in monthly and quarterly closing activities
* Maintain accurate and organized records of accounting documents
What you need to succeed
* Student in Economics, Finance or similar fields
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365
* Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken.
We offer an initial 6 months paid internship.
