Company OverviewSPACE INDUSTRIES S.p.A. is a fast-growing company operating in the aerospace sector, specializing in the assembly, integration and delivery of satellite systems and advanced space solutions.The company operates in highly regulated institutional and commercial environments and collaborates with space agencies, governmental organizations and industrial partners at both national and international levels.To support its continued growth, Space Industries is strengthening its Corporate Services function and is seeking a Corporate Services Manager responsible for the operational management of corporate offices, workplace services and general corporate infrastructure.The role ensures that company workplaces and corporate facilities operate efficiently, safely and in alignment with the operational needs of the organization.Position OverviewThe Corporate Services Manager is responsible for the operational management of corporate offices and workplace services, ensuring efficient, safe, well-organized and functional working environments across company sites.The role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and oversees the coordination of workplace services, general corporate services and operational support activities.Working closely with multiple corporate functions, the position ensures the smooth delivery of workplace and support services aligned with business needs and organizational growth.The Corporate Services Manager is also responsible for:
managing the Corporate Services operational budgetcoordinating external service providersensuring the operational continuity of corporate offices and workplace environments
The role focuses on corporate offices and non-production facilities. Responsibilities related to production facility management and HSE compliance remain under the responsibility of the Production & Industrialization and HSE functions respectively.Key ResponsibilitiesWorkplace & Office Management
Oversee the operational management of corporate offices and workplace environmentsPlan office layouts, workspace allocation and workplace configurations in line with organizational growth and operational needsEnsure workplaces remain functional, efficient and aligned with employee needs
Facility Services Coordination
Plan and coordinate facility services and general services across corporate offices, including preventive and corrective maintenanceOversee cleaning, sanitation and site support services to ensure high workplace standardsCoordinate facility-related operational activities across company sites
Vendor & Contractor Management
Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors and service providersDefine, monitor and enforce service level agreements (SLAs)Ensure quality, reliability and compliance of external service delivery
Budget & Cost Control
Manage the Corporate Services operational budgetMonitor service-related costs and ensure efficient allocation of resourcesIdentify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising service quality
Physical Security & Access Management
Oversee physical security procedures across corporate officesCoordinate visitor registration, badge management and access control proceduresLiaise with security personnel and relevant functions to ensure workplace safety
Reception & Corporate Services
Coordinate reception and front desk activitiesOversee visitor management and meeting room coordinationSupport executive visits, institutional delegations and corporate meetings
Corporate Events & Logistics
Provide logistical support for corporate events and internal initiativesCoordinate vendors, internal teams and operational arrangements for company events
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with IT & Cybersecurity to ensure integration between physical access control systems and digital identity management systemsEnsure alignment between corporate office operations and broader company activities
Property & Landlord Relations
Act as the operational interface with landlords and property managersCoordinate maintenance activities, utilities, inspections and other facility-related matters

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Services, Workplace Management, Facility Management or General Services roles within structured organizationsProven experience managing corporate facilities and workplace servicesStrong background in coordinating operational services such as maintenance, cleaning, security and receptionExperience managing external contractors and service level agreements (SLAs)Solid understanding of workplace operations, logistics and corporate service processesDemonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholdersFluent English (written and spoken)Must have Degree in Safety Engineering, or Degree in Management Engineering with specialization in Safety/Quality or Degree in Environmental Engineering
