Your role
As an Electrical Engineer your mission is to develop new products and update and/or modify existing products, respond quickly to market requirements and attract new business. The new resource will be part of the Technical Office and report to the Electric and Electronic Team Leader. The role requires strong interactions with other teams of the same department and with other departments of the company: Purchasing, Marketing and Manufacturing as well as the network within the Group.
You Will
Gather all the information needed to elaborate technical feasibility and cost estimation of new projects in collaboration with the Electric and Electronic Team Leader
Draft the layout and design of the wiring diagram
In close collaboration with Labo and Prototype Team Leader, follow the development of the prototype and test results, in order to verify conformity with the technical specifications
Make all necessary electrical drawings for the construction of the production prototypes, on which the final tests will be placed and will be released with BOMs
Follow and support the initial phase of production for new products
Update and maintain electrical drawings, electrical and related documents bill in case of updates or changes
Knowledge
Italian mother tongue, fluent English is an added value
Knowledge of main technical drawing programs and of features and software designs
Knowledge of safety legislation
Educational Requirements
Degree in electrical engineering
Electro-technical high school diploma
Experience Requirements
1-2 years’ experience in case of degree
4-5 years of experience in case of diploma, preferably within the Technical Department of modern and structured companies in the electrical sector
Personality requirements: Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, interpersonal skills and accuracy

Job Location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Plant in Montecchio Maggiore (Vicenza, Italy).
