Commercial Development Manager, Strategic Partnerships CMO's
As a Commercial Development Manager you are a strategic relationship builder with a passion for driving commercial growth through impactful partnerships. You will lead and expand Datwyler's relationship with a global network of Contract Manufacturing Organizations, playing a key role in identifying, developing, and managing high‐value partnerships that broaden our market reach and enhance our value proposition.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate potential C(D)MO partners aligned with Datwyler's long‐term growth strategy.
Build and manage strong, trust‐based relationships with strategic partners and key stakeholders.
Negotiate partnership agreements that create mutual value and drive commercial success.
Collaborate cross‐functionally with internal teams to align and execute partnership initiatives.
Develop joint go‐to‐market activities including co‐branding, cross‐promotions, and strategic marketing.
Monitor partnership performance through KPIs and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new partnership opportunities that enhance our competitive edge.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
5–7 years' experience in business development or strategic partnerships within healthcare or parenteral packaging.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Self‐starter with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‐paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
