Management of logistics service providersDevelopment and analysis of key logistics performance indicatorsDaily coordination with logistics partners to ensure smooth operationsOrganization of international shipments toward the subsidiaries of the Dr. Schär Group and export markets worldwide, ensuring compliance and excellence in serviceProject management: contributing to initiatives focused on efficiency and cost-effectivenessGreen Logistics: contributing to forward‐looking research and initiatives aimed at reducing CO2 emissions and enhancing sustainability across our logistic networkInterface: acting as the interface between different actors within and outside the company along the value chain
Profile
Ideally high school diploma or university degree in logistics, manufacturing, or commercial sectorGenuine interest in logistics and supply chain management, curiosity for how global networks operateCollaborative mindset paired with initiative, strong analytical thinking, and solution‐oriented approach to challengesHigh level of responsibility, proactive hands‐on attitude, and effective communication skills suited to a collaborative, international environmentGood knowledge of Italian, German, and English
