Join to apply for the Value stream leader Customer Options role at STILL.
He/she will lead the stream of value and cross-functional team focused on Customer Options (special trucks with variations compared to standard series trucks).
He/She will report to the Plant Industrial Engineering Manager and be part of the industrial engineering team of 14 people.
He/She will be the management point of contact for Customer Options key decisions and escalations.
Cosa Offriamo
* Interacts with CO (Customer Options) offers dept, Demand Planning to guarantee lead times and all other customer requirements, working with a horizon of 6/12 months in advance.
* Collaborates with all departments to study CO trends and technical requirements for production.
* Ensures all departments work together to reach final targets, ensuring deliverables are on time.
* Responsible for regularly reporting KPI status to management.
* Ensures SQPDC (Safety, Quality, People, Delivery, Cost) targets for this product line are met.
* Interacts with technical departments to ensure instructions and fixtures are available.
* Acts as the plant point of contact for customer escalations.
* Sets the tone and enhances his/her value stream, actively proposing improvements to management.
Responsabilità e Requisiti
* Highly recommended engineering degree.
* Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in operations.
* Strong background in managing variability, demonstrable experience in VUCA contexts.
* Pragmatic and priority-driven.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Strong facilitator background.
* Good understanding of Lean Organization and Agile methodologies.
* Strong sense of accountability.
* Preferred international background.
* Fluency in English mandatory.
