Full‑time, permanent.

Salary $273,109.20 – $331,968.00 per year based on a 35‑hour week.

ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive primary health care to clients at all ages.
\n
Engage in organizational initiatives on quality improvement, policy development, health equity issues, and program development or modification in response to community needs.QualificationsCCFP (active status).
\n
General license to practice from CPSO in good standing.
\n
Current CMPA membership.
\n
Primary care experience preferred, especially with communities or individuals who face barriers to accessing care.
\n
