This includes leading the development and implementation of sales strategy, go-to-market plans with Marketing and managing and maintaining our CRM system and Agency Blueprints for accurate and valuable forecasting and planning. /ph3How You’ll Make an Impact /h3ulliEvangelize the Perion brand in market, highlighting our solutions and capabilities across the digital ecosystem /liliDevelop a strategic plan to achieve revenue goals and execute effectively /liliProspect, source and close opportunities working with demand side partners; brands, marketers and agencies, and management of sales pipeline /liliIdentify growth opportunities for larger partnerships across multiple Perion solutions /liliStrong relationship building ability, able to interface with varying levels within the client organisation /liliConduct in person meetings and calls with senior client decision makers /liliAttend key industry events and relevant conferences /liliUtilise sales process and tools to provide accurate forecasts /liliDeliver market feedback and trends to help shape future company needs /liliMeet or exceed agreed upon revenue goals /liliTravel when necessary /li /ulh3What do you need to perform in this job /h3ulliBachelor's Degree in Computer technology or related field preferred /liliDiploma of Advertising or Marketing /lili10 years of Sales experience with 3-5 years management experience /liliProfessional and personable /liliHighly self-motivated, hard-working individual /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills, and effective presentation skills /liliStrong reputation and relationships in market /liliAbility to generate revenue, provide reporting and forecast accurately /liliRepresent the Perion brand and lift profile in market /liliSound understanding of Programmatic Advertising and the landscape in Italy /liliSound understanding of digital landscape in Italy /liliDevelop Agency Strategy to achieve revenue goals /liliLiaise with Marketing to develop collateral for region and go-to market plans /liliStrong understanding of all Perion solutions and the ability to present and demonstrate their capabilities /liliProgrammatic and/or digital experience /liliOut of Home Sales experience /liliProven track record of success /liliExperience in using a CRM system /liliAbility to collaborate and work well within the extended team; effectively communicate and partner with all business groups including product, sales and customer support /liliGood command of spoken and written English is a must /liliBe part of a fast growing global leader.
