A growing independent power producer is expanding its Commercial Asset Management capability to support an increasing portfolio of revenue-generating solar PV assets.
The role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and investment and focuses on optimising commercial performance, managing contractual obligations, and supporting long-term value creation across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities
Commercial management of operational solar PV assets
Oversight of revenues, costs, budgets, and financial performance
Management of PPAs, service contracts, and insurance policies
Coordination with lenders, insurers, and external advisors
Support for reporting, refinancing, and investor requirements
Close collaboration with technical asset managers and O&M; providers
Development and improvement of commercial asset management processes
Professional background
Experience in commercial asset management, finance, or operations within renewables
Strong understanding of contracts, asset-level economics, and cash flow management
Experience working with external stakeholders, including lenders and advisors
Comfortable operating in a growing, evolving organisation
