POSIZIONE: HR INTERN (Strada in Chianti, Firenze)
YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
As a Human Resources Intern, and part of the Human Resources department, you will have the opportunity to gain international experience and enhance your knowledge of business processes related to luxury goods, working in an increasingly challenging environment on engaging projects.
Job Responsibilities

* Support the recruitment and selection process, including posting advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and checking references.
* Onboarding of new hires, preparation of necessary documentation, and management of integration activities within the company.
* Support in managing employee relations, answering their questions, and providing assistance regarding company policies, procedures, and benefits.
* Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement new initiatives and programs aimed at improving employee experience, engagement, and HR effectiveness.
Profile
*
* Education: Degree in humanities, economics, or law, preferably with a specialization in human resources.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work autonomously and in a team, with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
* Knowledge of main IT tools, particularly the Office package and HR software.
* Skills: Effective communication, organization and planning, problem solving, teamwork, results-oriented, confidentiality and discretion.
* Languages: Fluent in Italian and English, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
