Key Responsibilities
* Manage operational workflows including packaging, inventory, cash handling, remote sales, and after-sales support, ensuring team coordination in compliance with company procedures;
* Ensure proper functioning of infrastructure by coordinating interventions with external suppliers;
* Prepare reports, monitor operational cost budgets, and oversee monthly orders in coordination with the supply team;
* Plan and manage the entire inventory process;
* Coordinate customization services and post-sales activities.
Key Requirements & Competencies
* Fluency Italian and English. Other languages are considered a plus;
* 3+ years experience as Manager;
* Leadership Experience (direct responsibility of a team);
* Home collection/Interior design product knowledge;
* Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques;
* Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills;
* Strong understanding of business needs and strong team player.
