In this role, you will oversee technical service projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards. Your expertise will drive innovation and efficiency, while coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.\nYour Impact Manage cross-functional teams to achieve assigned projects and tasks.\nOversee Technical Service Effectiveness initiatives to reduce waste, costs, and time with the Technical Services WW Team.\nConsolidate and standardize AS systems and processes to enhance technical support efficiency.\nIdentify potential improvements in product reliability by collaborating with R&D; and QA to increase part resistance and product longevity.\nPromote continuous improvement approaches focusing on processes, products, services, and profitability, minimizing waste and maximizing customer value.\nAchieve budgeted cost reduction objectives.\nEnhance cost efficiency of service contracts and warranties based on customer needs and product performance.\nFacilitate collaboration with Management Control, Legal, Quality, IT, R&D;, Technical Services, and other departments to meet defined objectives.\nWork with colleagues to determine optimal staffing levels for technical services worldwide.\nCollaborate with Technical After Sales to define protocols that improve repair and maintenance efficiency and effectiveness. About You\nIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. Experience of, or a proven interest in the fitness industry is highly desirable, along with excellent account management/solution selling/strategic thinking/relationship skills.\nWhat You Should Bring Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Technical Communication, or a related field.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in technical training, project management, or related roles.\nAbility to manage projects effectively, ensuring timely and budget-compliant rollouts.\nProficiency in managing costs related to after-sales service, warranty, and overall cost reduction initiatives.\nStrong commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction, with a focus on repair rates and service job efficiency.\nKnowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles to drive process improvements and efficiency.\nExcellent skills in presenting information clearly and negotiating effectively with stakeholders.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and develop effective training solutions.
