Ph3Your activities /h3ulliEnsures comprehensive management of the pre-sales process for assigned customers, providing technical and commercial support in accordance with the policies and strategies defined by the sales management /liliInternal point of reference for the sales network and is responsible for preparing offers, managing communications with customers and supporting customer service activities /liliProvides remote assistance to customers on technical and commercial aspects in line with team strategies. Drafts commercial offers in accordance with company policy and external sales representatives' instructions. Supports customers and colleagues in the pre-sales, product selection, technical alignment and order management phases /liliConstantly update customer data in D365 CE and D365 FO. Monitor offers and carry out follow-ups tracked in CRM. Support the order process in case of misalignments with offers /liliCollaborates with Sales Application Specialist e Segment Sales Manager on technical aspects, pricing, discounts and margins. Maintains constant contact with WIKA production units, optimising the procurement phase. Ensures a high standard of communication and customer satisfaction /liliReduces opportunity development time through proactive communication with active and potential customers. Investigates and resolves customer requests and issues, ensuring complete satisfaction. Contributes to the success rate of offers, profitability and sub-regional turnover /liliSupports the Customer Service Team Leader in creating reports and monitoring data related to offers. Verifies and maintains alignment of critical data (e.g., offer deadlines, competitors).
