Mission
The role of a Certification Planner is focused on managing and planning certification audits.\n
Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate with auditors, clients, and internal teams to define audit dates, scopes, and logistical details.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely execution of audits.
- Manage and contribute to development of existing and new planning tools and systems to track audit status and resource availability.
- Develop and maintain the audit calendar, ensuring optimal allocation of auditors and resources across certification schemes.
- Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts or resource constraints, escalating issues when necessary.
- Support reporting and KPI tracking related to audit planning performance and capacity utilization.
- Collaborate with other Certification Operations and Commercial teams/functions to align planning with contractual commitments and client expectations.
Education
High School Diploma/GED in Business Administration, Finance, or Management.\n
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
