What you will doContinuously source and develop transport capacity by proactively contacting existing and potential carriers
Expand and diversify the national carrier network, ensuring operational flexibility and coverage
Maintain ongoing relationships with carriers to secure capacity availability in line with shipment volumes
Assess and onboard new carriers based on performance, reliability, and compliance criteria
Support negotiations and pricing
Monitor carrier performance and propose improvement actions or replacements when necessary
Collaborate with the Operations team to anticipate demand peaks and capacity constraints
What we are looking forConfidence in using data to analyze and track key metrics
1-2 years' experience in full truck load transport by road domestic
The ability to communicate fluently both in Italian and English
Great attention to detail and an organized approach
Enjoy solving complex challenges in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving skills and ability to work under stress
