Internship Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an intern. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in one of two key areas: donor care and event management within the Alumni & Fundraising division, or student recruitment and guidance within the Guidance & Recruitment Office.
The successful candidate will be immersed in activities that strengthen their communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills, all while contributing to our institution's broader goals.
You will have the chance to:
* Support the planning and execution of events and initiatives targeting students, donors, and other stakeholders
* Manage communication channels and front-office activities for prospective students and community members
* Create content for promotional and institutional use across digital platforms
* Assist with CRM updates, data entry, and reporting to support decision-making and engagement strategies
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on cross-functional projects and campaigns
This internship provides a valuable opportunity to understand the inner workings of higher education initiatives and contribute meaningfully to our outreach and engagement goals.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
* A Master's Degree with an outstanding academic path
* Fluency in English and Italian
* Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months)
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
