* You’ll take full ownership of scaling our Italian e-commerce shop – driving revenue, margins, and retention, including P&L responsibility.
* You create and implement high-performance, data-driven marketing strategies tailored to the Italian audience. Your strategic market knowledge will help you identify and leverage key growth opportunities.
* You build and manage local partnerships with influencers and key market players and explore new sales channels to strengthen our market presence.
* You work closely with our teams in Germany to localize content, optimize customer experience, and align on campaigns.
* You track key metrics (e.g., CLV, conversion, CAC) and turn insights into action.
* You operate with an entrepreneurial drive, taking full ownership and continuously evolving the strategy for the Italian market.
Your Profile
* You’re native to or deeply familiar with the Italian e-commerce landscape.
* You are based in Germany or Italy.
* Fluency in the local language and English or German.
* You have at least 3 years experience in D2C, eCom, or startup / scale-up environments.
* You’re analytical, customer-centric, and proactive.
* You love ownership and working cross-functionally in an international setup.
