Store Management Opportunity
We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our Kappa Outlet store in Mondovì, Mondovicino Outlet Village. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales performance, while ensuring the store maintains a high level of visual appeal through effective stock management and maintenance.
About This Role
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience as an Assistant Store Manager in a retail environment, with strong knowledge of store management dynamics, KPIs, and staff scheduling management. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to coordinate and manage staff effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and sales support
* Maintain and replenish stock levels to ensure maximum availability
* Manage cashier operations and coordinate internal staff schedules
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager
* Strong understanding of store management principles and practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
