Salary €75,000 to €80,000 DOE plus package. /p h3The Role - BIM Lead /h3 pAs BIM Lead you will take ownership of digital coordination across major Data Centre projects. This is not a support role. You will lead BIM delivery from project setup through to handover, ensuring all MEP services are fully coordinated, clash free and build ready. /p pYou will act as the link between BIM and operations, working closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors and Engineers to ensure what is modelled can be constructed efficiently on site. In a mission critical Data Centre environment, accuracy, resilience and speed of coordination are essential. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead BIM coordination on large scale Data Centre and mission critical construction projects /li liOversee and mentor BIM Engineers and Coordinators /li liReview Employer Information Requirements and develop practical BIM Execution Plans /li liSet up project workflows including WBS structures, BIM 360 and Common Data Environment management /li liBuild and maintain federated MEP models using Revit and Navisworks /li liRun regular clash detection and ensure coordinated, buildable service layouts /li liManage coordination schedules, risk registers and information request logsProduce high quality 3D models and 2D construction drawings /li liAttend and lead BIM coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders /li liSupport on site teams with live clash resolution and buildability reviews /li liEnsure accurate as built and record drawing delivery /li liMaintain drawing registers and structured project documentation /li liDrive process improvement and digital efficiency across Data Centre projects /li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liDegree qualified in Engineering, Architecture, Building Services or related discipline /li li3 plus years BIM coordination experience within MEP or Data Centre construction /li liMechanical or Electrical background with strong technical understanding of services /li liProven ability to lead and support BIM Engineers /li liAdvanced Revit and Navisworks experience /li liStrong understanding of BIM 360 and Common Data Environments /li liExcellent communication and organisational skills /li liCommercially aware with a strong focus on programme and quality /li liCalm under pressure and capable of delivering in fast paced project environments /li liDetail focused with a commitment to high standards of coordination /li /ul h3What’s on Offer /h3 pSalary: €75,000 to €90,000 DOE /p h3Benefits /h3 ul liLaptop and mobile /li liOngoing CPD and digital training /li liClear progression towards Senior BIM Manager or Digital Construction Lead roles /li liOpportunity to work on high value Data Centre and mission critical builds /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
