Responsibilities
Identify, source, and interview top IT talents.
Partner with business managers to understand their needs and ensure the perfect match between candidates and projects.
Create an exceptional candidate experience from the first contact to onboarding.
Follow up with your consultants during their assignments and support them in their career growth at Extia.
Work closely with our business teams to align recruitment strategies and market insights.
