Job Description

We are seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to support business development through roadshows and workshops, act as technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, build and maintain relationships with partners, prepare technical materials and presentations for pre-sales support, train and inform partners about products and services, gather feedback from clients and partners to improve solutions, and assist partners in customizing solutions for commercial success.


Key Responsibilities:

* Support business development through roadshows and workshops;
* Act as technical expert during sales pitches and meetings;
* Build and maintain relationships with partners;
* Prepare technical materials and presentations for pre-sales support;
* Train and inform partners about products and services;
* Gather feedback from clients and partners to improve solutions;
* Assist partners in customizing solutions for commercial success.


Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering (preferably electrical or electro-mechanical fields);
* At least 3 years in customer communication and pre-sale technical support, with experience in Residential Energy Storage preferred;
* Self-driven, proactive, able to work independently and in teams;
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer-facing roles and delivering training;
* Ability to understand customer needs and find solutions independently;
* Passion for the industry, quick learner, adaptable to rapid changes;
* Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages like French, German, Polish, Dutch are a plus.

About this Role
This is a full-time and remote position based in Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting business development through various means, including roadshows and workshops, acting as a technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, building and maintaining relationships with partners, and more.
