Fabbri **** is a historic Italian company, a symbol of excellence and tradition, recognized worldwide for its iconic Amarena Fabbri. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a professional who will directly oversee accounting and controlling activities, with a particular focus on foreign branches and in particular USA and Canada subsidiaries.
Based at our headquarters in Bologna, the selected candidate will work closely with foreign Fabbri management and local Consultant, as well as with the Group Finance, Administration & Control and HR departments. The role will contribute to monitoring financial performance and ensuring the proper management of local administrative and accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities • Ensure the proper management and maintenance of accounting records for the North American subsidiaries, in collaboration with local consultants. • Support monthly (fast closing) and annual closing activities, in coordination with local administration and external consultants. • Prepare monthly cash flow statements, both on a quarterly and annual basis. • Prepare management reporting to support both Italian and US management. • Oversee and coordinate payroll processes in collaboration with local providers and Group HR. • Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and periodic reporting. • Analyze variances versus budget and prior year results, identifying corrective actions. • Ensure alignment between Group policies and local operational practices.
Requirements • Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. • Strong knowledge of accounting principles. • 3-5 years of experience in accounting and management control. • Excellent command of English (written and spoken). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools (especially Excel).

Location: Bologna (with possible travel in particular to the United States).
