What You'll Do
* Manage and grow existing client accounts using a consultative sales approach
* Identify new revenue opportunities within your portfolio and build a strong sales pipeline
* Engage with decision-makers (including C-level) to understand business needs
* Recommend and position cloud-based solutions aligned with customer objectives
* Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close high-quality deals
* Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless customer experience
* Stay up to date with technology and cloud industry trends
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 1+ year B2B sales experience (prospecting closing cycle exposure)
* Strong ability to negotiate, influence, and build relationships
* Experience engaging with business clients or decision-makers
* Basic understanding or interest in cloud-based technologies
* German (B2+/C1) and English (B2) communication skills
* Solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability
* Willingness to relocate to Kraków (mandatory)
