The role partners within the hotel/hotels to maximize profit for shareholders and owners and executes EMEA Operations Finance innovations and projects to deliver an industry-leading, efficient finance organization. /ppstrongWhat will I be doing? /strong /ppThe Assistant Director of Finance will support all activities performed by the Director of Finance, including understanding and driving financial performance, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, month-end closing activities, and reviewing financial statements in accordance with GAAP, the Uniform System of Accounts, and Hilton policies. The role ensures smooth operation of all hotel finance activities in full compliance with policies, regulations, and contractual frameworks. It will business partner with hotel finance teams and hotel management, supporting the Director of Finance in developing excellent relationships across internal and external stakeholders, including Commercial, IT, Procurement, Operations, Shared Service Centers, Owners, Asset Managers, and Regional Operations Finance. In the absence of the Director of Finance, the Assistant Director will assume departmental responsibilities.
