In this role, you will lead FIDIC contract management for data center projects, guiding the project team and stakeholders through contracts, variations, claims, and procurement. You will ensure compliance with FIDIC standards while aligning project execution with client objectives. Your work will support successful delivery across the project lifecycle, leveraging your expertise to resolve disputes and optimize schedules. Responsabilità
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
* Minimum 8 years of experience with FIDIC contracts
* In-depth knowledge of Red Book, Yellow Book, and Silver Book
* Proven track record in managing FIDIC contracts across project lifecycle
* Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and construction practices
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
* Ability to interpret and apply contractual terms per FIDIC
* Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
* Proficient in project management software
* Relevant certifications related to FIDIC contracts and project management are a plus
* SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, where applicable
