Experteer OverviewAs HR Manager Italy, you will oversee all HR activities for Italian employees and ensure alignment with HQ policies. You will partner with managers to drive people development, onboarding, and talent processes across multi-site operations. The role emphasizes compliance with Italian labour law, payroll administration, and collaboration with external advisors, while supporting D&I, work-life balance, and employer branding initiatives. This is a leadership role within Givenchy's Italy team within the LVMH group, offering strategic impact and cross‐functional collaboration.
