Job descriptionThis is a temporary position (maternity leave cover) offering valuable hands‐on experience in an international B2B environment.The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the Regional sales team with marketing tasks in collaboration with the global marketing communications team. The position will help manage our online and offline communication with clients and increase brand awareness. Duties include supporting the development and implementation of a company's marketing, social media, branding, and internal/external communication activities.Your Challenge
Assist in marketing plan preparation, including budget and short and long-term strategyGather the materials necessary to understand the project and competition in the area such as literature or previous marketing campaigns; analyze these materials to determine the most effective communications techniqueBased on assessment, draft and propose communications campaigns, which may include social and online media, direct (e)mail, and other multimediaOrganize and manage Regional trade showsEnsure the maintenance of brand integrity in collateral design, and apply effective marketing techniques and company brand standards in campaigns.Prepare promotional presentations, distribute marketing materials and assist in the management of website SEOManage and update digital asset management system (DAM) – we use Adobe Experience ManagerManage and update divisional website using a content management system (CMS) – we use Adobe Experience ManagerWrite copy & prepare graphics for internal communications, social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral with particular regards to case studies and technical papersAssist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels
Profile descriptionEducation
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience
2–3 years of experience in a Marketing or Communications role, preferably within a B2B environmentEarly-career profiles with up to two years of relevant professional experience will also be considered
Expertise
Excellent computer, communication, presentation, and analytical skillsFluent in English; knowledge of German, Italian, and/or Spanish is a strong advantageExperience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plusKnowledge of CMS systems is a plus
