Ph3Financial Planning Analysis (FPA) Specialist /h3pAs part of the Finance team, the bFPA Specialist /b will support financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis across the organization. The role involves preparing reports, analyzing key financial KPIs, and evaluating profitability by cost center and product/business unit. /ppThe candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the financial oversight of both domestic and international legal entities. /ppThe resource will join the Financial Planning Analysis (FPA) team within the Finance department of E4 Computer Engineering, with the objective of supporting the CFO and management in financial planning activities, performance analysis, and decision support. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliPreparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts; /liliSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes in a project-/job-based business environment. /liliIdentify variances against budget and propose corrective actions. Support the development of monthly management reports and variance analysis; /liliAnalyze costs, revenues, and profitability by cost center and business/product line; /liliMonitor key financial KPIs such as EBITDA, Net Financial Position (NFP), ROI, and Cash Flow; /liliCollect, organize, and analyze financial and operational data; /liliSupport short- and medium-term treasury and cash flow forecasting; /liliHelp prepare presentations and reports for senior management and key stakeholders on a quarterly basis; /liliSupervise and collaborate with international teams and provide financial support for foreign subsidiaries and legal entities. /liliSupport the monitoring of European entities by collecting financial data, assisting with budget tracking and forecast updates, and coordinating with local finance teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering, or related fields; /liliAt least 3-4 years of prior experience in similar roles (Management Control / FPA / Financial Analyst), preferably in technology, industrial, or project-based environments. /liliSolid knowledge of Excel; familiarity with ERP systems and BI tools; /liliStrong Knowledge of accounting principles and financial KPIs; /liliStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset; /liliAbility to work effectively in a team and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders; /liliFluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory; /liliPrevious experience in multinational or international company environments is considered a plus; /li /ulpbPlease attach evidence or documentation of previous FPA projects you have handled together with your CV. /b /ph3Why E4 Computer Engineering? /h3pText about the company: E4 Computer Engineering designs and implements very high-tech solutions for HPC Clusters, Cloud, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure for Academic and Enterprise markets.
