This role will embrace teamwork and collaboration, quality performance standards, professionalism and integrity to ensure that results are timely delivered in accordance with the project objectives and implementation plan.
* The Resource will cooperate with all the major functions of the Operations & Logistics department such as Customer Service Manager, Customer Service Supervisors, Customer Service Specialists, Asset Management, Warehouse, Kit Room to achieve “Best in Class” results for the assigned duties.
* Ensure all Compliance, SOX, FCPA and other policies and regulations are applied and followed during the execution of the project.
* Works under immediate supervision reporting to a CS Supervisor or CS Manager.
Interface Activities:
* Electronic invoice check on Edicom portal
* Invoicing order entry on Internal tools
* Collaborate with CS supervisors and team to support customer alignment and complete EDI integration
* Support activities in the external portal (Edicom) to manage EDI order flow
Education
* Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
* Commercial education as industry or office merchant or any equivalent desirable.
* Intermediate communication capabilities in English are essential (verbal and writing).
Experience Desirable:
* Computer / Microsoft Office / ERP Skills (knowledge of Oracle ERP is a plus)
* Experience in Customer Service or IT roles is a plus

Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
