SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER / CONTENT CREATOR – FREELANCERomeSocial Humans, independent creative and digital agency operating in the luxury sector, is looking for a Social Media Manager / Content Creator based in Rome to support the development of digital communication for a leading beauty and fragrance retail brand.The role requires a professional capable of translating a refined brand positioning into compelling editorial narratives, with particular attention to aesthetics, cultural relevance and content quality.The selected candidate will work closely with the agency team and directly with the client on the day-to-day management of social channels, contributing both to strategic planning and to the production of content aligned with the brand's visual identity.ResponsibilitiesManagement of Instagram and other relevant social platforms.Development and execution of editorial calendars.Creation of original photo and video content for social formats.On-site content production during launches, in-store events and brand activations.Daily monitoring of channels and community interaction.Trend research within beauty, fragrance and luxury lifestyle sectors.Coordination with the agency team and the client for campaigns, launches and seasonal storytelling.ProfileBased in RomeFreelance position (VAT number required).Previous experience managing social media for beauty, fragrance, luxury or lifestyle brands.Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of luxury brand communication.Ability to produce high-quality content autonomously.Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and emerging social formats.Good command of content editing tools and mobile-first production.Fluent Italian and good English.Availability to work periodically from the client's offices in Rome when required.What we offerCollaboration with an agency working with leading brands in the luxury, beauty and lifestyle sectors.A highly creative environment with strong strategic direction.Long-term freelance collaboration with possibility of continuous involvement.Candidates are invited to send portfolio or selected case studies demonstrating their approach to social storytelling and content creation.
