PpEdge – A division of Eurosearch Consultants, specialising in the recruitment and selection of specialist and middle management personnel, for company specialized in the production of automotive components, supplying major international OEMs / Tier 1 suppliers, is looking for : /p pSITE HR MANAGER /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pThe role will have responsibility for the main HR functions at the production site and will act as a reliable point of contact for employees and managers in managing daily HR activities. /p ul liDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. /li liAdvise management on organizational development, workforce planning, and talent management. /li liEnsure compliance with Italian labor laws and company policies. /li liSupport change management initiatives and cultural development. /li liMaintain employee records and manage HR documentation. /li liManage payroll inputs and coordinate with external payroll providers. /li liSupport performance management and employee development processes. /li liManage recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding activities. /li liAct as a point of contact for employee relations and daily HR inquiries. /li liOversee and coordinate all occupational health and safety activities. /li liEnsure compliance with Italian workplace safety regulations (e.g., D.Lgs. 81 / 2008). /li liConduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures. /li liOrganize safety training and awareness initiatives. /li liLiaise with external consultants and competent authorities. /li liMaintain documentation related to workplace safety and incident management. /li /ul pThe position reports to the Site Manager and functionally to the Global HR Director. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. /li liAt least 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in multinational or manufacturing environments. /li liStrong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR best practices. /li liFamiliarity with occupational health and safety regulations. /li liAbility to work independently in a small, dynamic organization. /liliFluent in English. /li /ul pWork location : Located in the Province of Turin, western outer area /p pEdge, in charge of the recruiting process, guarantees maximum confidentiality and equal employment opportunity to both genders (L. 903 / 77). /p p#LI-BR1 /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
