Define the operational strategy in collaboration with the Country Manager and the management team, translating the company vision into concrete plans with clear and measurable objectives.Structure and optimize business processes, implementing procedures, quality standards, and KPI systems to ensure efficiency, productivity, and scalability.Lead and supervise national operations, coordinating the team.Support and develop team managers, promoting training, digital innovation, and a culture focused on results and continuous improvement.Manage commercial relationships, working closely with the Sales team.Be hands‑on in the field, monitoring daily activities, assisting teams in solving complex issues, and ensuring proper resource allocation and compliance with standards.
Competenze ed esperienza
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.Proven experience in operational or executive leadership roles.Ability to combine strategic vision with a hands‑on operational approach, maintaining strong field presence.Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and change management skills.Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities with clients and stakeholders.Advanced knowledge of KPI monitoring systems and continuous improvement methodologies.Proficiency in major digital and management tools.
