What does the role involve? 18 months as an account manager or Hilti Store Representative. You’ll get hands-on experience and a deep insight into the core of our business – our customers, products, services, and software. 9 months in one of these two roles: Logistics Trainee: supporting operational tasks related to product availability and inventory management, ensuring appropriate stock levels, and enabling the organization to meet service targets while minimizing costs. Local Repair Process Expert Trainee: analyzing and improving standards, identifying gaps, and developing global standards to ensure operational excellence. 3 months on a regional strategic project in our Logistics or After Market Service Departments to gain an international perspective of our company.
