We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team, offering high standards of service in a welcoming atmosphere while respecting guests' privacy.
The ideal candidate is motivated to achieve individual and team goals through passion and commitment. Reports to the Head of Maintenance.
Responsibilities
* Perform routine and extraordinary repairs and maintenance of hotel facilities, structures, and equipment.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper maintenance across all hotel areas.
* Manage inventory to ensure availability of necessary materials and equipment.
* Monitor and ensure proper functioning and maintenance of machinery within the hotel.
* Work with external contractors for maintenance tasks.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a maintenance technician in a hotel setting.
* In-depth knowledge of electrical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems.
* Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
* Knowledge of safety regulations.
