Responsabilità
* 3+ years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition
* Fluency in English and Italian with strong communication skills
* Experience building relationships and influencing leaders as a consultative partner
* Expertise in sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
* Experience recruiting for diverse technical and professional roles and negotiating offers
* Proficiency with ATS and CRM tools
