Posizione
Project Manager – Extrusion Blow Moulding
To strengthen our Fabric & Home Care Engineering team, we are looking for a Project Manager with strong expertise in extrusion blow moulding processes, eager to lead complex industrial projects and make a tangible impact.
The Challenge
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of engineering projects, from early concept to successful start-up and handover to operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Leading end-to-end project execution, from feasibility studies and conceptual design through detailed engineering, installation, commissioning, and qualification.
2. Defining project scope, capital budgets, cost controls, critical path schedules, and comprehensive risk assessments.
3. Managing and coordinating cross-functional internal and external teams throughout design, construction, and implementation phases.
4. Partnering with procurement, planning, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery.
5. Supporting start-up and post-start-up phases, ensuring effective knowledge transfer to operational teams and sustained performance of both new and existing systems.
Requisiti
6. Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Automation, or Industrial Engineering.
7. Minimum 5 years of experience in extrusion blow moulding technology and process management.
8. Solid understanding of project management best practices, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and commissioning.
9. Strong leadership skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, structured environment.
