**Your Opportunity, Your Team
**The Consumer & Customer Insight Intern supports QVC Italy (Finance & Analytics team) by assisting the Consumer & Customer Insight Specialist in identifying research needs, developing insight projects and analysing consumer and customer behaviour in the Italian market.
**Where You'll Work
**This role is
**hybrid
** and will require you to be onsite at QVC Italia, Brugherio (MB) several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).
* This is a full-time internship (6 months).
**What You'll Do
**Reporting to the Consumer & Customer Insight Specialist you will:
* Support the design and execution of ad hoc qualitative and quantitative consumer and customer research projects
* Support qualitative analysis and text-based analysis of customer feedback and consumer behaviour
* Assist in collecting, cleaning and analysing data from multiple sources
* Monitor and select relevant industry and trend reports
* Based on business and research needs, support deep-dive analyses of consumer trends and behaviours within specific industries or categories (Beauty & Wellbeing, Home, Fashion & Accessories)
* Support the interpretation of quantitative data to identify trends, patterns and actionable insights
**What You'll Bring
*** Recent graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Sociology, Economics or related fields
* Fluent in English
* Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Office
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical skills
* Plus: Knowledge of survey platforms such as Qualtrics; Familiarity with statistical analysis tools such as SPSS or SAS; Interest in or experience using AI tools to support research and analysisINDIT#LI-DM1Our
