Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Controller to join our team in Rome. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in financial controlling or similar roles, with a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Controlling and Reporting: Control the projects budget and cash flow, forecasting and financial strategic planning, ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency.
* Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and maintain comprehensive budgets and forecasts to guide strategic planning and decision-making.
* Accounting Oversight: Working closely with the bookkeepers, providing support on accounting and tax related matters.
* Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
* Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in financial controlling or a similar role.
* Fluency in English.
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and accounting principles.
* Confidence to present information clearly and concisely to Senior staff.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
