For a multinational leading company, we are seeking an EMEA Business Integration Analyst to support post‑acquisition integration across multiple countries and business units. As an EMEA Business Integration Analyst, you will support the execution of integration plans for newly acquired companies, working closely with central EMEA functions, local management teams, and cluster country stakeholders. You will contribute to financial, operational, and compliance workstreams, ensuring timely reporting, process alignment, and smooth onboarding into Group policies and systems. The role offers strong exposure to senior leadership, M&A; processes, and multi‑country operations, requiring a blend of analytical rigor, structured project support, and effective communication. Support the deployment of post‑acquisition integration plans across Finance, HR & Legal (incl. GDPR), Risk & Insurance, HSE, and Group Policies. Assist in the set‑up of reporting packages, including KPIs, monthly P&L;, and variance analysis versus acquisition and management cases. Support working capital monitoring and analysis, including receivables, payables, and inventory trends. Perform profitability analysis on products, projects, and business lines as required. Assist in reviewing banking relationships and administrative processes within acquired companies. Prepare materials for key IMO meetings, including monthly updates and global reporting. Support the analysis of due diligence reports, preparing risk matrices and identifying remediation actions. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. ~2–5 years of experience in consulting (Big Four or top‑tier firms), Internal Audit, or Financial/Business Analysis roles. ~ Exposure to post‑integration or M&A; processes is a plus. ~ Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial and operational data. ~ Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Hands‑on, structured, and able to balance operational detail with broader business understanding. ~ Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage. ~ Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in multinational environments.
