The successful candidate will:Drive revenue growth collaborating with Advertisers, Agencies, and PartnersDevelop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to accelerate adoption of AdTech solutions, focusing on enterprise and technology sales modelsDevelop a high-performing sales team, establishing input and output metrics and mechanisms to drive desired business outcomesServe as a thought leader within Amazon Ads, and build effective partnerships with key stakeholdersInfluence product roadmap development, go-to-market and services strategies, to meet customers’ demands and drive scaleBasic QualificationsBA/BS degree required10+ years of sales experience in digital advertising or marketing/advertising technology, with demonstrated revenue growth achievementMinimum of 5 years’ experience managing sales teams and driving organizational performanceProven track record of building and scaling successful enterprise sales organizationsAdvanced knowledge of marketing and advertising technology solutions, including programmatic and measurement solutionsDemonstrated success in stakeholder management and cross‑functional leadershipExpert ability to analyze market opportunities, assess risks, and make strategic decisions that drive business growthPreferred QualificationsProven success in enterprise technology sales within the Mar Tech or Ad Tech spaceTrack record of developing and executing go‑to‑market strategies for technical productsEqual Opportunity StatementAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
