The security of customers, employees and commercial partners data, and the continuity of our business services and activities, are one of the most important priority of Generali. /p pKey responsibilities of the role will include: /p ul liTeam Management: Leading the Group Cyber Security Operations and Platforms team, ensuring all personnel have the necessary skills to support the function’s activities /li liTechnical Measures: Defining and maintaining technical measures, standards, and frameworks for Group cyber security testing and vulnerability management, driving their implementation /li liSecurity Testing: Monitoring the attack surface exposure through technical security tests across the Group, addressing and controlling the remediation of vulnerabilities /li liEffectiveness Monitoring: Overseeing the effectiveness of IT Security measures through technical security tests /li liPlatform Development: Maintaining and developing technical platforms supporting cyber activities at the Group level /li liVulnerability Management: Steering and controlling vulnerability management activities performed by GOSP /li liPosture Monitoring: Ensuring the right cyber security posture for AG S.p.A. in relevant activities /li liRelationship Management: Managing relationships with local CSOs within the scope of relevant activities /li /ul pbRequirements /b /p pOur ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: /p ul liBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field /li liAt least 5 years in a managerial position with leadership skills and the ability to communicate with senior executives /li liTechnical Knowledge: /li liFamiliarity with penetration test methodologies (e.g., OWASP) and TTP techniques (e.g., MITRE) /li liAbility to execute vulnerability assessments using tools like Nessus, NMAP, and Qualys /li liExperience in performing penetration tests on complex applications and systems using tools like Metasploit, BurpSuite, and Kali Linux /li liProficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Powershell, Bash, PERL, Ruby, PHP) /li liKnowledge of networking protocols and cloud services /li liCertifications: Relevant technical security certifications (e.g., GIAC, OSCP, CEH) and a commitment to continuous learning /li liProject Experience: Ability to work on large international projects related to strategic topics and transformation initiatives /li liAnalytical Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, with a problem-solving mindset /li liGlobal Experience: Solid work experience in global organizations /li liTeamwork: Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a diverse and cohesive team. /li liPassion for Security: Enthusiasm for Information Security, evidenced by contributions to GitHub, blogs, presentations, or participation in hacking challenges /li /ul pCompany Profile /p pGenerali Group Head Office is the guidelining unit of the Generali Group, one of the largest global insurance and asset management providers.
