Job Overview
We are looking for a qualified professional willing to be part of our Melt Shops Customer Service Team, with strong passion for technology and motivation to work within a multicultural and challenging environment. This role will ensure correct management of after‑sales activities, taking care of the customer's needs and providing valuable solutions in terms of spare parts, technical assistance, and modernizations aimed at improving plant conditions and performance. The candidate will be part of the EAF product line, within the Upstream Business Unit.
Responsibilities
* Address customer issues and coordinate troubleshooting activities
* Generate customer service leads through regular visits and communications with customers
* Identify the most suitable technical solution enhancing customer performance and KPIs
* Retrieve technical information from the plant to the R&D and Technical Departments for product improvement
Requirements
* High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in engineering
* Previous experience in the steel making industry (min 2 years)
* Good knowledge of office package (Excel, Word)
* Good knowledge of English, writing and speaking
* Willingness to travel
