Analysis of monthly calls: check at beginning of every month the calls of the previous month by country and product line and compare with BDG figures and LY figures Service Call Rate: definition every month of the Service Call Rate (1stY + 2ndY) by country, product line and legal entity (Haier & CHG)Call Avoidance: definition every month of Call Avoidance by country, single agent, product line and legal entity Total Cost of Quality: preparation of the monthly report to be presented to CEO during Quality Governance Support to all Service Quality teams for any kind of activity linked to data analysis This position is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a multinational environment, develop critical skills, and make a significant impact on key aftersales operations.
