Based at our headquarters in Carpi, Italy, we are looking for a\n*Treasury Manager**\nto join\n*Orbico SportStyle**\n– the European platform that runs\n*Champion®**\n,\n*Dockers®**\nand\n*Game 7 Athletics®**\nacross EMEA: wholesale distribution, retail partnerships, multi-currency operations, and a recently completed European acquisition that added meaningful complexity to an already busy treasury function.\nWe're a large platform with group-level treasury responsibilities: liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, working capital financing, FX exposure across Italy and multiple European markets. The team is lean and capable. The role has real scope.\nIn this position, you will report directly to the Finance Director and serve as the key point of reference for all treasury matters across Orbico SportStyle.\n*RESPONSIBILITIES:**Provide treasury insights to senior management, including cash flow forecasting, risk exposure, and funding requirements – your analysis drives decisions, not just informs them.Own the 13-week rolling cash flow forecast and daily liquidity management, including bank account structures, controls, and fees.Manage banking relationships and lead negotiations on credit facilities, factoring agreements, and working capital programs.Support capital structure planning and manage short-, medium- and long-term financing initiatives, borrowing facilities, and working capital programs.Coordinate FX risk management and insurance programs in collaboration with the parent company.Oversee trade credit frameworks and factoring processes across the Group.Drive the digital evolution of treasury operations, including the continuous improvement of the treasury management systems and ancillary tools – building a function that is as efficient as it is resilient.Lead, coach, and develop a team of treasury professionals – setting clear priorities, building capability, and maintaining high standards in a fast-moving environment.*QUALIFICATIONS:**Degree in Economics or Finance.7+ years in treasury, ideally across a multi-entity or international environment.Proven experience with cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and capital structure.Strong bank relationships are a genuine differentiator here – or the credibility to build them fast.Solid knowledge of FX risk, trade credit, and factoring mechanics.Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with ERP and treasury management systems.Fluent in Italian and English.Background in wholesale, retail, or consumer goods is a plus – not a requirement.\nCompensation is in line with market standards and will reflect the candidate's experience and capabilities.\nOrbico SportStyle is in an active phase of growth – new brands, new markets, and a finance function that is expected to scale with it.
