We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our EPC Segment Team, supporting our European growth in Oil & Gas, Process Automation, and Thermal Solutions.
This role will focus on developing business opportunities with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractors, especially in decarbonization-related industrial electrification projects such as CCU&S, e-fuels, hydrogen, and chemicals.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience and established relationships within major EPCs and a strong understanding of thermal systems, electric heating, power control, and process instrumentation.
Business Development & Account Management: Lead commercial engagements with EPCs across Europe, acting as the primary sales interface. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in industrial automation and thermal electrification projects. Project & Bid Leadership: Support technical proposal development and coordinate internal teams during RFQ and FEED/EPC stages. Collaborate with technical, marketing, and product teams to tailor offerings for EPC project needs.
Market Intelligence & Positioning: Monitor European energy transition trends and O&G project pipelines involving process electrification. Identify early-stage opportunities (pre-FEED/FEED) and position the company’s solutions proactively.
7 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or project pursuit within the O&G or Process Automation sector.
~ Proven track record working inside or in direct partnership with large O&G EPCs.
~ Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles at a European level.
~ Fluent in English; other European languages (Italian, French, German) are a plus.
~ Mechanical, Electrical, Process, or Automation).
Experience in greenfield industrial projects (e.g., Knowledge of sustainability drivers and energy transition policies in the EU industrial landscape.
