Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Solongevity Clinic for a Front Desk Receptionist, located in Milan. The Front Desk Receptionist will manage daily front office operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling correspondence. Key responsibilities will also include scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Organization and attention to detail are essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of front desk activities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Phone Etiquette, ensuring efficient handling of communication and front desk operations
- Clerical Skills for managing records, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative tasks effectively
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Italian is required; knowledge of other languages for our international clientele
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred, but we prize capabilities and attitude above all
