As Guest Relations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure upscale, professional, and high-class guest service experiences before, during, and after their stay. This role involves effective communication with guests, maintaining the highest service standards, managing guest feedback, and collaborating with various departments to uphold Brand standards through diligent implementation, continuous support, and constructive feedback.

Ensure exceptional guest service experiences by effectively communicating with guests, managing feedback, and collaborating across departments to uphold brand standards.
What are we looking for?
* Education in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a relevant field is recommended.
* Prior experience in a guest or customer-oriented environment at a senior level, preferably within hospitality and familiar with hotel procedures.
* International experience is highly valued.
* Fluent in the local language and English; additional languages are a plus.
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
* Exceptional customer focus and the ability to exceed guest expectations.
* Ability to adapt communication styles to different guests and provide personalized service.
* Influence colleagues across departments to achieve quality standards.
* Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
* Leadership skills to motivate and guide a team.
* Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as needed.
What will you do?
Coordinate a team of 4, with responsibilities including:
* Greeting guests warmly and assisting with check-in.
* Acting as a point of contact for guest questions, concerns, and requests.
* Resolving issues and facilitating additional services.
* Responding to guest reviews and managing feedback with department heads.
* Building positive guest relationships and recognizing VIPs and repeat guests.
* Analyzing guest feedback to improve service quality.
* Collaborating with department heads to ensure standards are met.
* Maintaining accurate guest profiles.
* Upselling hotel services and providing relevant information.
* Supporting PR events and managing customer loyalty initiatives.
