What will you work on?
\n
The Head of Marketing will lead the marketing and trade-marketing division. They will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing a team of marketing professionals, and overseeing the profit and loss (PL) of brand initiatives.
\n
Principal Objectives The Head of Marketing is responsible for the marketing strategy, the success of marketing plans, and the company's position in the markets:
\n
Defines the strategic axes of development of new products and management of existing products (marketing innovation and operational marketing)
\n
Sets development priorities
\n
Determines quantitative and qualitative objectives
\n
Supervise the launch of new products
\n
Elaborate with his team the marketing plans and all necessary actions in the short, medium and long term on the existing brands
\n
Develops the multimedia communication policy taking into account the constantly changing media environment and the shift to digital
\n
Responsible for the choice of the different agencies with responsibility for budgets
\n
Manage the team that he animates, organizes, trains and moves
\n
Represent the company in the Toy Industry forums and in Toy Fairs and managing the relationship with retailers, and other partners as Licensee companies
\n
Specific Responsibilities
\n
Development of Marketing Strategy: Define and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support the sales cycle.
\n
Team Management: Supervise and guide a team of marketing professionals, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and evaluating performance.
\n
Content Creation: Collaborate with the team to create engaging and high-quality content, including blog posts, e-books, videos, infographics, and more, to support marketing objectives.
\n
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including online advertising, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, events, to maximize audience engagement and generate measurable results.
\n
Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, identify market trends, and provide regular reports on key marketing metrics.
\n
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and development teams to ensure effective alignment of marketing strategies and messaging with overall business objectives.
\n
Brand PL Management: Oversee the (PL) of brand initiatives, including budget allocation, cost management, and revenue optimization, to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
\n
Choice of the different agencies with responsibility for budgets.
\n
EG Development: Develop the EG brands growth strategy.
\n
Attract, train and retain talents within the organization. Promoting team work, collaboration through a challenging and learning environment. Drive employee engagement and development, performance reviews, career path and corporate social responsibilities.

How will you fit into the team?
\n
The Head of Marketing reports to the General Manager Iberia, Italy Greece, and leads the local marketing team.
\n
What are your skills and experience?
\n
Degree Educated with marketing/business qualifications (preferably). Marketing qualifications could include Degree, Diploma in Marketing (DipM) or other recognised marketing qualifications.
\n
More than 10 years relevant experience – ideally in the Toy Industry
\n
Leadership skills: ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts and make hard decisions for employees
\n
Effective time management: working with employees, customers and management. Time management is essential to make sure everything gets done
\n
