Overview
Your role: You will bring together the team working as the central hub for internal and external communication from both a content production perspective, as well as a channel perspective.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the corporate channel plan, collaborating with business units, countries, and marketing departments to define commercial strategy.
- Build a coherent and innovative content strategy for corporate and commercial solutions in partnership with business units, countries, and marketing departments.
- Coordinate activities of the content, media, and channel area of the Communication & Marketing department, owning planning and delivery of key projects such as channel upgrades and content production.
- Support growth of press office activities, expanding Prysmian’s relevance with key stakeholders in the journalistic sphere beyond traditional outlets.
- Prepare and position Prysmian for next generation search and media functionalities, driven by AI.
- Support development of AI tools to simplify communication flows within Prysmian, collaborating with IT & HR.
- Manage budget allocation to media channels.
- Report communication activities to top management and countries, establishing KPI‑driven channel and content management culture at global and local level.
- Roll out global style guidelines across functions.
- Revive and accelerate relevant social media activity to engage employees and stakeholders.
- Support production of press releases and maintain an archiving system for press materials.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience managing channels for a publicly listed company.
- Creativity in reaching new audiences and exploring innovative content ideas.
- Experience managing projects that bring competency in‑house.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Mature international experience.
