Sales Manager Role

About the Position
* This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth in Italy.
Main Responsibilities
* Negotiate with customers and prospects to agree on sales terms and conditions.
* Act as a liaison between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
* Collect and analyze customer data to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
* Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with customer contracts and delivery disruptions.
* Develop and implement effective sales plans, including target setting and performance monitoring.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in both Italian and English.
* Have a proven track record of successful account management and business development in the plastics industry.
* Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
* Be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and priority-setting skills.
* Possess proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
